Read the article here. #sharpe4gov Congratulations to Rochester’s own Andrew Hollister who we nominated for Lieutenant Governor, at the NYLP convention in Albany last weekend. Petitioning for Larry Sharpe, Andrew Hollister and the state wide candidates, begins on April 19th. We’ll need to get 60 thousand signatures in six weeks. | State Committee / National LP Report |
| – The 2 year terms for state committee members will be ending in a few months. Petitioning for that starts March 1st. Fortunately, we only need 135 libertarian signatures for a state committee seat. Anyone interested should get in touch with NYLP for information or contact Dr. Becker. To facilitate this, we will use the MCLP social meeting this month to collect signatures on petitions of those running for NYLP state committee spots. – The National Convention will be in Reno, NV this May. Just a reminder, even if you have not been chosen to be a delegate, you are still welcome to attend the convention. |

If you have a location recommendation for one of the social gatherings, send Dr. Becker an email. – Monroe County Libertarians are able to receive updates from the committee, when they join our Google group. – The treasurers report update is disclosed during the MCLP Committee meetings, held every month, on the first Thursday of the month. Join the virtual meeting by using the Free Conference Call app. |
